A busy, working educator and naturalist, mother, and wife, Sarah is familiar with the pervading noise that creeps into our days to disrupt our peace and offers delightful touchstones to still the troublesome cacophony and remind us of our humanity and connection to our Earth.

With every plant, candle, tea blend, oil concoction, and farm fresh egg, she is calling us to a place of thoughtful reflection on what really matters in this one life we've been gifted.
